1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GreenMedInfo.com (the "Site"), operated by GreenMedInfo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Services ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

GreenMedInfo provides an evidence-based natural health information database, including indexed peer-reviewed research abstracts, translational articles, downloadable documents, AI-powered research tools, and membership services. The information provided is for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The content on this Site is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Site.

GreenMedInfo does not recommend or endorse any specific tests, physicians, products, procedures, opinions, or other information that may be mentioned on the Site. Reliance on any information provided by GreenMedInfo, its employees, contracted researchers, or others is solely at your own risk.

4. User Accounts and Memberships

Certain features of the Site require a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Paid memberships are governed by the subscription tier selected at the time of purchase. Membership benefits, including AI token allocations, are as described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

5. Subscription Billing and Cancellation

Membership subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled prior to renewal. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• All accrued tokens are voided upon membership expiration
• Refunds are governed by our Return Policy

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including articles, research summaries, blog posts, curated database information, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of GreenMedInfo LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission, except as permitted in our Re-Post Guidelines.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access, collect, or extract data from the Site without authorization
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple users on a single account
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site
• Post or transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content

8. AI-Powered Features and Token System

Our AI research assistant and related features are provided as supplementary tools. AI-generated responses are based on indexed research and should not be considered definitive medical or scientific conclusions. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

Access to AI features is metered through a token system, summarized as follows:

• AI Chat: 1 token per 100 input characters plus 2 tokens per 100 output characters (approximately 5 to 45 tokens per typical message, averaging around 15 tokens)
• AI Article Summaries: free for all users on every tier — no tokens consumed. Summaries are generated once per article by our system and cached permanently.
• Listen to Articles (text-to-speech): free for all users on every tier — no tokens consumed. Audio is generated once per article and cached permanently.

Free tier accounts receive a one-time welcome grant of 5,000 tokens upon email verification. This grant is provided once per account and is not refilled.

Subscription tiers receive a monthly token allocation as follows: Friend 5,000 tokens, Power 25,000 tokens, Pro 250,000 tokens. Tokens are credited at each renewal.

Unused tokens roll over from month to month, up to a maximum balance of two (2) months' worth of your current tier's monthly grant. Any tokens granted at renewal that would exceed this cap are forfeited and recorded in your transaction history. This cap prevents indefinite stockpiling and protects the sustainability of the AI service.

Token packs purchased separately are non-refundable once consumed. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or any other consideration. We reserve the right to adjust token consumption rates with at least thirty (30) days advance notice posted on the Site.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENMEDINFO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenMedInfo LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

13. Communications and Marketing Emails

When you create an account, you may be subscribed to the GreenMedInfo email newsletter, which delivers evidence-based health research, articles, and updates. Where required by applicable law, we ask for your explicit consent before subscribing you. Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Transactional and account-related emails (such as security notices, billing confirmations, and password resets) are a necessary part of the service and are sent regardless of newsletter preferences.
